EightyEights or drop in for a late night drink. When you're ready
to relax, there are choices to fit any mood; golfing, hiking,
fishing, swimming...or a workout in our fitness center.
There is a Resort Fee of $5.00 per room per night

88's Lakeside Bar
Settle in at 88’s Lakeside Bar for a wide variety of
cocktails, fine wines and Liquors in a casual setting overlooking
beautiful Lake Blackshear. The Bar bears its name from the
historical time line of our area - The State of Georgia was
established in 1788, and the city of Cordele was founded in
1888.

Cordelia's
Dining at Lake Blackshear Resort & Golf Club is a delightful
experience. From the stunning lawn and lake view to the distinct
menus and genteel staff, Cordelia’s restaurant offers an
upscale dining option that is unprecedented in the area. Cordelia
is the daughter of Samuel Hawkins and for whom the nearby city of
Cordele, Ga., was named.
Chef Howard Shaftel’s menu blends the rich history of the
south with European and American influences. The dinner menu is a
fusion between Italian and local cuisine, complete with a selection
of fine domestic and imported wines.

Golf Course
Designed by architect Denis Griffiths and listed on Golf Digest
magazine's list of four star-rated courses, Georgia Veterans
Memorial Golf Course rests quietly on the shores of Lake
Blackshear. Expertly placed mounds, water hazards, and plenty of
sand bunkers define the holes and enhance the challenge. The Dwarf
Bermuda greens are large and sloping and wide Tif 419 fairways wind
through mounds and stands of tall loblolly pines. This is truly the
best value golf experience in the south.

Meetings & Groups
Meeting space is flexible and can accommodate groups from 10 to
450, including breakout sessions. The Conference Center has
ergonomically-designed armchairs and tables and comes standard with
high-speed Internet. Additional A/V and business services are also
available.
