Maxim Prime is restaurant impresario Jeffrey Chodorow and Maxim magazine's 150-seat modern steakhouse offering an upscale, sophisticated and intimate dining experience for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Saturday and Sunday brunch. Maxim Prime takes an innovative approach to steakhouse dining, offering classic a la carte portions as well as small plates, two-ways, three-ways and lighter fare using the finest quality ingredients, including those from local purveyors.
